WHAT DECISIONS COVERS

Meeting management system for decisions, governance, and compliance

Decision-making, formal governance, in-person and hybrid meetings, and security and compliance: most teams stitch these together from separate tools. Decisions brings them into one system inside Microsoft Teams.

Decision-making

Decisions turns discussion into documented decisions. Propose, vote on, and finalize decisions directly on agenda items, with structured approvals using RAPID, RACI, or your own framework. Every outcome lands in a searchable decision log with a full audit trail, so teams know what was decided, who owns it, and how it connects to execution.

Key features

Structured approvals Decision log Proposed decisions Decisions & action items

Board & formal governance

Formal bodies get the structure they are required to have: case submission, secure voting, structured approvals, a full audit trail, and electronic signatures. Document access can be restricted per participant, and every step is traceable from proposal to signed minutes.

Key features

Circular resolutions Advanced reporting Case submission Secure voting Approval & e-signatures Document access restriction

In-person & hybrid meetings

Capture face-to-face meetings with the Decisions mobile app: recording and transcription happen on-device, then flow into AI Recap or full AI Minutes. Review agendas, annotate meeting books, and comment from anywhere.

Security & compliance

All meeting content is stored in your own Microsoft 365 tenant and is never accessible to Decisions employees. Decisions works from Teams' built-in transcription, so it never needs a bot on your calls. AI runs stateless on Microsoft data centers with geographic control, and Decisions is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001:2022 certified. IT deploys centrally with zero footprint on user devices.

Afterward, you get one-click minutes, a decision log, and task sync to Microsoft Planner. Structured approvals support formal decisions. AI is optional, and features vary by plan.
Yes. Decisions is built natively on Microsoft 365 and runs inside Microsoft Teams as a meeting side panel and tabs. It also works with Outlook, Word, OneNote, and Planner. Your organization's app policies decide whether an admin needs to approve the app first.
Yes. One-Click Minutes combines your agenda, notes, decisions, and action items into a Word or OneNote document, without AI. If you choose, AI Minutes drafts minutes by agenda topic for you to review and edit before sharing. Approval and electronic signing are separate options, depending on your plan and setup.
No. AI is optional in Decisions. You can build agendas, vote, record decisions and action items, create minutes, and follow up without it. When your organization turns on Decisions AI, you can choose to use it for tasks such as drafting agendas, minutes, and recaps.
Decisions stores meeting records in your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant, in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange, under your existing security policies. Decisions employees can't access them. Optional Decisions AI processes the data it needs transiently in Microsoft Azure OpenAI, in the EU or US region you choose. It isn't stored, reviewed by humans, or used for training, and AI outputs are saved to your tenant.
Yes. The Decisions MCP Connector connects the AI assistant your team already uses to your meetings in Decisions. It works with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Amazon Quick. Access follows each person's Microsoft 365 permissions, and admins control which assistants can connect.

With optional AI turned on, you can transcribe in-person meetings and create AI Recaps in the app. Organizers and meeting admins can then transfer the transcript to create AI Minutes on a computer.
