Maintaining the trust of our customers matters to us. Thousands of users trust Decisions to manage their meetings because we are built securely into Microsoft Teams and 365 – we do not process any personal or company data outside of an organization’s Office 365 tenant.
Single Sign-On
Decisions has offered Office 365 single sign-on since the launch of Decisions Meeting Secretary for Outlook in 2016 and continued with our add-in for Teams. SSO means one less password a user needs to remember, without compromising security.
We are thrilled to share that Decisions SSO just got better: Users no longer have to sign in to Decisions if they are already signed into Office 365. Previously, sign-in was triggered again when launching the Decisions application.
For users who are members and guests in multiple organizations that require multi-factor authentication, this release makes sign in even easier. Once they have signed into Office 365 for that group, the same authentication will be applied to the Decisions log-in.
Built with Microsoft
Decisions’ data and security model is designed and built on top of Office 365, so we do not process or store information or materials on our servers. All materials remain within the secure framework of an organization’s Office 365 tenant. We are an approved Microsoft Co-Sell Partner and Microsoft Certified App Partner, and a three-time Microsoft App Award winner.
In addition, Decisions aligns its best practices with regulations including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is undertaking ISO 20001 certification, which will be complete later this year.
“Decisions ensures a frictionless meeting process for users of Office 365,” said Magnus Mjøsund, Vice President of Product at Decisions. “We are committed to safeguarding and securing our customers’ information before any new feature or add-in is implemented.”
