Our history
Founded in Oslo in 2016, Decisions set out to make meetings the most productive part of the day—by bringing meeting structure and follow-through into the Microsoft tools teams already use. Over the years, we’ve expanded internationally and continued to deepen our suite of meeting management tools. In 2024, we introduced Decisions AI to add enterprise-grade AI to meeting planning and follow-up—helping teams capture clearer recaps, minutes, decisions, action items and actionable insights. Today, Decisions is trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, and we continue to invest in privacy, security and compliance—reflected in our ISO 27001 and SOC2 certifications.
