When full access ends, you can buy paid licenses or continue on Free automatically, and you keep everything you've created. Free costs $0 with no time limit and includes the agenda builder, decision log, AI Assistant, and 100 AI credits a month.
It depends on your organization's Microsoft 365 app policies: you may be able to add Decisions yourself in about 30 seconds, or an admin may need to approve it before some features turn on. Decisions uses the same approval controls your IT team relies on for other Microsoft 365 apps. To move quickly, request approval right inside Teams (your admin gets a one-click notification) or point IT to the Decisions Trust Center. Admins approve, deploy, and manage Decisions from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
