Meetings by Decisions is a new way for users to stay connected to their meetings. It offers a seamless mobile app experience with an overview of all your important meetings and access to everything you need to prepare and participate in the meeting. The new application is available for download today from Google Play and the App Store.

The app gives Decisions' users a look at their upcoming meetings and with a single click, they can view materials ahead of time. During the meeting, users can follow along in the agenda, access related attachments and use the time tracker to stay on schedule.

This new experience is especially useful for government agencies, boards of directors and leadership teams who require secure and orderly voting - which can now be cast from anywhere. It is also a great tool that supports hybrid meetings, where some participants are in-person while others are remote.

Get Started
Users can download Meetings by Decisions today in the App Store or Google Play and it is available to internal and external team members. Decisions' administrators can invite users from the team settings.

Once downloaded, you will be prompted to sign-in to your Microsoft account. All meetings with an agenda will then be viewable through the app.
