Decisions closes private funding round at NOK 124,5 million valuation

Decisions, the Microsoft Teams and Office 365 meeting management solution, closes a private funding round, led by Espen Agdestein of Idekapital.

Investment Recognizes Continued 4x Growth and Expansion in the United States

OSLO, NORWAY(COLUMBUS, OHIO), October 2020 – Decisions, the Microsoft Teams and Office 365 add-in solution that is disrupting the meeting management industry, announces it closed a private funding round for NOK 19,2 Million, at a valuation of NOK 124,5 Million. This represents a valuation increase of nearly 2x since the company’s last round.  

The recent round was led by existing investors Skagerak Maturo Seed and Holta Invest, with the addition of Idekapital. The funding will be used to fuel expansion and product development.

Since Decisions was founded in 2016, it has become a competitive force within the meeting management space, earning customers with a solution that integrates into the Office 365 products they use already and developing solutions for collaborative agenda creation, better attendee preparedness, smart note-taking, and tracking meeting outcomes.
