Frequently Asked Questions
After an initial consultation with our team to understand your goals, our designers and engineers will get to work on draft template. You will be able to test this template in your tenant, and then provide one round of feedback/further requests.
This round of feedback can include multiple changes to the template, but all changes must be requested during this single revision round.
If additional or future revisions are needed, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of our team. Multiple revision requests may require you to change your package type.
There are certain limitations at the team and tenant level on how many templates you can utilize at the same time effectively. However, in many cases each Team (as long as it has its own SharePoint folder) can have customized templates.
Reminder, however, that each team template would count as one template against your purchased allotment.
This is an annual subscription to our customization services and you will need to renew it each year for every template you want to maintain.
As we make enhancements to Decisions, at times that will require that we give you complimentary updates to your branded template files in order for them to take advantage of new features and functionality. An active subscription guarantees you will receive those updates for free.
