How it works
Step 1: Meeting organizer opens the vote
The meeting organizer quickly and easily creates a proposed resolution within the agenda. They issue the vote directly in the meeting chat or to a specific Teams channel. Voting anonymity settings can be set to anonymous, partially anonymous or transparent. The organizer can also set the response options to “yes” or “no,” create custom response options or allow participants to select alternative resolutions.
Step 2: Meeting participants vote
Vote Now is a straightforward experience that allows participants to vote directly from Teams or the meeting agenda. Guest participant voting is available. Voters and meeting organizers have a real-time view of the results.
Step 3: Organizer closes the vote
