'Meetings by Decisions' mobile app now includes Meeting Book and suggested topics

Decisions releases two key enhancements to the mobile app experience.

Meetings by Decisions, the mobile app extension of the Decisions platform, gives users an easy-to-navigate interface to access essential meeting information via a seamless mobile experience.

Today, Decisions announces the release of two key enhancements:

1. Meeting Book viewable inside the app

The Meeting Book is a complete PDF of the agenda and all attachments that gives attendees a single reference to easily prepare for the meeting. Now when the organizer generates the Meeting Book, it will be available inside the app to make meeting preparation even simpler. Previously, the Meeting Book was only available via email and the web-based agenda.

2. Topic suggestion option

The ability for meeting attendees to suggest agenda topics is one way Decisions creates a collaborative meeting experience and ensures meetings are relevant to all participants. Attendees can now send suggested agenda topics to the meeting organizer directly from the app by tapping the “+” sign at the bottom of the agenda.

Launched earlier this year, Meetings by Decisions makes all meeting materials available on the go from your preferred device so preparation and participation are a breeze. Ahead of the meeting, users to quickly view their upcoming meetings and in one click, see the meeting materials in advance. During the meeting, users can follow the agenda, access attachments, participate in voting and view the time tracker.

Get Started

Users can download Meetings by Decisions today in the Apple App Store or Google Play and it is available to internal and external team members. Decisions' administrators can invite users from the team settings.

Once downloaded, you will be prompted to sign-in to your Microsoft account. All meetings with an agenda will then be viewable through the app.
