The Challenge: Bringing Structure to Leadership Meetings

Prior to adopting Decisions, Leeds Federated’s leadership meetings — often full-day events with extensive supporting documents — followed a more manual and decentralized process.

Agendas were created in Word and documents were stored across SharePoint or shared drives. As Bisek puts it, "The systems we used didn't make it easy to be organized."

"I liked the simplicity and the integration with Teams," says Bisek. "But what really impressed me was the ethos of Decisions — supportive, responsive and not just about the bottom line."

Deployment across Leeds Federated was straightforward. "There were no technical issues. It was basically just 'press a button and jump in,'" Bisek explains. "And when we’ve had feedback, I've always found that Decisions takes it on board."

"It just helps us stay on track — items get covered, tasks get identified, decisions get made," Bisek explains. "We're talking about meetings that run 5+ hours with 30 agenda items, and we usually finish on time."

Bisek sees Decisions as a steady, reliable tool — not something that needs constant reinvention. "It's one of those products that does what it's supposed to do. We don’t need more functionality, but it’s great that new features roll in naturally because it’s cloud-based."
