Our team is rapidly expanding to meet the growing needs of our business, and we're looking for outstanding people to help fuel the rocket. One of our "challenges" is handling all inbound leads from companies around the world and converting them into strong business cases. We are now seeking a Sales Executive to further grow our business, however in a more targeted way.
About the Role
Due to our expansion within the European market, we are seeking a fluent English-speaking Sales Executive to join our team. This is an important role that will play a key part in the continuous growth of the company.
You will work with a highly committed sales team aiming for the same goals. Even though we work remotely with our clients, we need you to be based in the USA, EMEA or Australia/New Zealand.
Responsibilities will include:
- Securing new customers from inbound leads, measured by a healthy pipeline of scheduled demos and pilots
- Driving the sales process from A to Z including negotiations and implementation of long-term contracts
- Recommending opportunities for incremental revenue increases as appropriate during the client relationship and during the annual renewal process
- Working alongside marketing to provide feedback and direction on campaigns for lead generation
- Working closely with our PAM to implement collaboration between partners and their end clients
Skills and requirements:
You are passionate about the need to change meeting culture, with experience in enterprise and B2B sales, ideally for a SaaS model. You are entrepreneurial, thoughtful and ambitious, with the ability to listen well and assess customers’ needs. In addition:
- Minimum 3 years of higher relevant education (e.g., BSc in international marketing or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within solution sales
- A track record of closing sales and exceeding expectations
- An eagerness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Fluent speaking English (working language), with German as a bonus. Norwegian skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
