Performance Marketer
Decisions is on the lookout for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Performance Marketer to own and scale our demand generation, digital marketing and inbound lead engine. In this role, you’ll develop and execute campaigns that drive growth across paid media. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across brand, product, and revenue goals — ultimately driving qualified traffic, pipeline, and conversions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging paid platforms that drive downloads and demand.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for ROI, CAC, and LTV using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Be responsible for managing the six-figure monthly budget.
Be constantly focused on refinement – from audiences, to creative, to messaging to platform strategy — you will be the project leader for our inbound funnel in this key business growth role.
Design and run A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align messaging, target the right audiences, and support full-funnel growth efforts.
Track KPIs, build performance dashboards, and regularly report on campaign effectiveness and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
Identify new performance channels and growth opportunities in evolving digital landscapes.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or fast-paced digital environments.
Proven hands-on success managing paid media campaigns across search, social, and display platforms. Agency side and/or client side experience welcome, but this role is deeply focused on campaign execution, optimization and strategy setting.
Strong grasp of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) and an ability to extract actionable insights from performance data.
Deep understanding of conversion funnels, attribution modeling, and budget allocation strategies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs and marketing automation tools.
Background in SaaS marketing or high-growth B2B technology companies.
Additional fluency in German, French or Spanish is a strong plus.
