Publishing meetings just got easier with Decisions latest update

Check out these new Decisions updates. As always, we are listening to your valuable feedback and working to help you run your best meetings ever.

The publish meeting process in Outlook has improved functionality and an enhanced agenda card. The agenda published within the meeting invite will now be easier to read and the meeting organizer can include the agenda summary to give more context for each topic.

Accepting Agenda Topic Suggestions
There is now a more user-friendly process for accepting agenda item suggestions and placing them in the corresponding position.

Meeting Book Generation
With this new update, users have more control over the Meeting Book generation process, with the ability to select what topics and files to include.
