Decisions team is growing; continues to embrace Microsoft Teams

During a recent Decisions all-hands meeting, we realized how far the company has come during its short tenure: Today, we have nearly 30 employees spanning offices on three continents and hundreds of enterprise customers around the world.

Like many organizations, we were unexpectedly thrown into remote work in March and wondered how we would operate and what the uncertainty meant for our business. Fortunately, we are driven by a team of passionate and focused people who want to solve complex meeting challenges, and each person on the team rose to the occasion. 

We also have the benefit of being the only meeting software solution built entirely on top of Microsoft Teams and Office 365, giving us a front-row seat into using these tools to work collaboratively and productively, even while virtual. This made the shift from in-person to remote work easier for us than many others. 

The team used many of the new Microsoft Teams features in its recent all-hands, including large gallery view, together mode and the multi-window experience. The new features work great for having engaging meetings with many participants and reinforced our commitment that Microsoft Teams is the leading collaboration solution for organizations – especially our own.

We saw this as a perfect opportunity to recognize our dedicated and enthusiastic Decisions employees as well as our extended team and partners at Microsoft – we wouldn’t be where we are today without the combined effort from all.
